They are responsible for my friends Dad's death after only 2 weeks of being there. He had three serious falls injuring himself severely, then they LOST him. Nobody in his large family was notified he went missing. They had no idea how long he was missing. He was found drowning in a mud puddle across the street. My friend was called to say they found him. SHE NEVER KNEW HE WAS LOST! They did not know if he was hurt due to the mud covering his entire body from a small puddle The 1st fall he was seriously injured and had blood all over him. 2 days later he was found with the blood still on him. It never got washed off. They did not do multiple things they were supposed to in order to protect him as they led his family to believe they did. A veteran who was also a famous artist spent his last hours drowning in a mud puddle due to their neglect.
