If I could give zero stars would. The worst disrespectful staff ever in rehab section. Gave uncle no care even after pressing button. They do not care and steal. State should investigative. Moved uncle soon as possible DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES IF YOU CARE!

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The rehab facility has the best therapists, and are great encouragers. Very clean establishment. Terri in the business office is phenomenal and Jimmie gave us an excellent tour and did not rush us at all.

HIPPA law needs a revamp. Cameras are needed as they do not care for their elderly residents. So many falls and it is hours before anyone helps. So many calls for pain meds and you hear we're coming but what you see nurses on cell phones on Facebook. Seen it. I read these posts and replies. Advising them to what's going on changes nothing. I will give 5 stars to the 3 people that I see working there tails off. What I feel if you want your love one to die now I would bring them here. My heart breaks to see and hear all these elderlies crying for help. I do not work there but I go to them what do you need, what can I do, who do you need me to get. I'm going. No questions asked I'm going, and there is staff getting paid to do it and is not. I'm 2 steps away to needing a care facility myself but,pain be damned I will not keep still. I will cry and holler when I get home and tell the Lord all about this human race I can only shake my head about. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! Replies not needed results are.

Only reason I am giving 4 stars is bc of the staffing coordinator Cymone she has a lot on her plate trying to make that place run at least decent. Reunion is a great place to work its just staff that need to be changed and some of the administrative staff . Cnas dont want to work together always have a attitude and they run off the good (aides) off.

Great caring staff. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and how attentive ALL of the staff has been.
