They absolutely don't care about the looks of the property. Landscaping is non existent at this property. People pay over $1000 a month for dead bushes, tall weeds, and overgrown grass. Took 6 months to get all the roaches, water bugs and bed bugs out of the unit. That we paid for not them. This place is all about the money and not about caring for the elderly.

They have an ongoing bed bug problem that they expect the elderly residents that are on a fixed income to foot the bill for, very disappointing.
