My wife a has been here almost a month. And has got 0% better. The nurses are very nice but the head nurses and administrators are very rude, especially the two named grace, and christina. We were told we could spend the night since my wife has bad anxiety, but when these two decided to use there 'authority' suddenly we weren't allowed to stay, they then told me they has complaints about my little girl going into other people's rooms, and the one named christina said to me' you dont know what kind of people we have in here. I basically called her on her lie about my daughter and asked her what kind of people do you have here. To which she quickly back peddled. If you want your family member treated take them somewhere else.

Probably the worst place Ive ever worked. I loved the residents but my boss in housekeeping was very rude to me ALL the time. She was always losing residents clothes then try to make it seem like the residents were crazy or shed blame it on us. Very poor housekeeping management. I quit because the constant favoritism & the fact that she cut my hours because I didnt come in when she called me on my days off. Thats her job! She wouldnt get rid of the people that called in 2x a week. VERY unprofessional! They need a new House Keeping Manager.

I have such an appreciation for Western Hills Nursing Home and its staff. They treat their residents with such care and concern. Im grateful that my Mom was able to get in after being in other places where she had been abused in a substandard facility. At the time it was all we could afford. Thank you Western Hills and staff for giving our Mother quality care at an affordable price. Our family is blessed to have found you!Damita C. Sullivan
