Pretty lobbies and good food (until you tire of it) do not make this a better than average place to live. Staff shortages and turnovers are extremely high. Help push button calls by residents go unanswered. Test it as a family member! Residents fall and lay on the floor for long periods of time. Facility continues to accept residents even when they dont have enough workers. Night time is bad. No one comes to answer help button calls. Needs go unmet! And medication issues go uncorrected. Cleanliness can be honestly questioned. Obviously better pay would bring in more committed employees. And, strangely some good employees have been let go. It starts at the top with the management. Call, complain and report this facility until your loved one gets the care they deserve and pay for!!

Very unhappy with the customer service I received at the front desk during the morning . Didnt get her name but it was the lady at the front desk with blonde hair continued to scroll on her phone for at least 5 mins before she acknowledged me. After scrolling on her phone and having conversations with staff she finally looks up and says yes? I wasnt even interested in the service anymore . Dont want to deal with a company with rude staff .

Walked through this community in the fall of 2019, and was welcomed by a friendly and caring staff. I felt like I was walking through a resort rather than an assisted living facility! The place was beautiful, with lots of bright, beautiful art and rooms. Very inviting and relaxing court yard, several rooms to sit and read or watch TV outside of your own room. Beautiful open dining room with great food. The rooms are nice & spacious, everything looked new and inviting.
