My mom n law has been with Merciful Hands since May, 2014. Always clean. Small home feeling. The owners were recommended to me from my boss at the time. When I first took my in-laws there, my father in law was very sick. They kept him clean and comfortable towards the end. It meant a lot. After he passed, my mom n law who has dementia was familiar with the place and the people and to this day, is doing well. I am so appreciative . The staff is so kind , even when they are tired, they greet you and let you know how your loved one is doing. Also, owners who have become family. They are the best.

This is a home away from home. You can be rest assured when your loved ones are here.Very courteous and pleasant staffs. Top notch management. They listen to you all the time. My experience with them is great. Would recommend them anyday anytime. Kudos guys
