I would watch out for the main guy there... I believe his name is Chris... Seems to me he is nothing but a 'snake in the grass'... Very sad that they even hired someone like him.. Once they get rid of him. I'm sure the facility will come back up... Beautiful place headed down hill fast

I love, love, love this place! We moved my grandpa in there a little over eight months ago from another facility that he was really struggling at, but Harbor Chase of Southlake has went above and beyond to make this transition as smooth and easy as possible for my dear grandpa. The facility is beautiful the staff is great and the management is absolutely amazing! Chris and the rest of his management team really seem to have a heart for what they do!
