Pine Arbor

Hello my name is Kimberly Green I would like to give a wonderful report about Pine Arbour my dad was in the hospital for two weeks and he had to go to Pine Arbour for rehab when he came in he could not walk at all he had been so weak for three or four weeks they worked with him every day he is back on his feet they treated him so kindly he almost did not want to leave and a special thank you to my friend Darla she is such an awesome aid And a special thank you to all the staff that helped to get my dad back on his feet and get him back home I would highly recommend Pine Arbour to anyone thank you Natasha and Karen and everybody that made our stay there so easy efficient and productive. Physical therapy thank you. Pine Arbour is a wonderful place if your loved one needs rehab or a permanent place to stay.

My father was here a few months back and received the best care from therapy and nursing. We never thought he would never walk again but Pine Arbor made that happen for him!!! Not only did he receive the best care, we were in constant communication throughout his stay so we always knew what was going on. The staff even washed his clothes, gave him 3 meals a day, plus snacks, provided him with activities, and all the while he was receiving therapy too. WIN!! WIN!! (The activities director is amazing. She even let me bowl with the other residents in the dining room and win prizes at Bingo.) I was a little skeptical of him going to the nursing home for therapy at first, honestly I was more worried about what he would say because he is only 56 but he loved it. This is by all means changed the view I had of nursing homes I had in my mind. I'm so very glad I toured the places recommended to me before my dad left the hospital. Pine Arbor you by far are more than a nursing home/rehab facility. Y'all are family. I miss you all and I am so glad our paths crossed.

My grandmother received the best care from Pine Arbor. Thanks to all staff who got her out the door walking in no time.

We had my mother in Pine Arbor for physical, occupational and speech therapy after being in the hospital following a stroke. I'm giving 2 stars because the therapists were wonderful and helped my mother a lot. Pine Arbor, however, is very unorganized in their nursing care and general day to day operation. The nurse on duty would not know what the previous nurse was handling. Each one said they were not there at that time and nothing got handled. I had a couple of conversations with the director of nursing and soon discovered I was hearing the same excuses, I don't know. If you want fairly good physical therapy, this is not a bad choice. But don't expect good nursing, structure or organization. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Very little to no doctor was seen.
