we have been here almost a year now, we are so glad we chose Park Manor, the maintenance crew is the best I have ever seen in an apartment complex anywhere, after 48 years in the construction business and living in 39 different states, I know apartments inside and out, The Management is great, they inherited a mess and have work very hard to straighten it out, I would highly recommend Park Manor to anyone, nice clean and roomy apartments, facilities, amenities, no smoking any where on the grounds or in the apartments, quiet neighbors. Its just a great place, hope we can finish here,

I moved to Park Manor in September from CA. Not knowing anyone I quickly made friends and feel at home. The maintenance Kevin and Cleo have gone out of their way to help me. The office staff have been gracious and so kind. I am so grateful to have found my new home here in Texas! Thank you to every staff member at Park Manor.

We are under new management again. Lots of changes have been put in place. There is a revolving door. Maintenance has addressed many issues and continues to do so. Our maintenance team is truly fantastic! They respond to issues quickly and competently. Both are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They work well together as a strong team and stay till they have the problems fixed. That is why I was so upset last week when the apt. manager chewed out the maintenance supervisor in the middle of the parking lot. It was horribly humiliating to hear this over 15 minute tirade go on loudly in full public view. That shows a total lack of professionalism handsets a bad example for the staff.

I love Park Manor Sr. Apts . I have been a resident here going on 6 years. We have a great staff, always there to help out the residents when needed. The maintenance is wonderful. They dont wait a week or 2 to fix things like some places. They get things fixed within 1 to 2 days. Very efficient. We have wonderful residents everyone is very friendly. I would recommend Park Manor to anyone 100%
