My mother recently fell ill and needed to move into an assisted living facility. I was lucky enough to have some clients that already had their father staying at Shavano Park. We moved in over 7 months ago and the care and service from the Executive director Jack , head nurse Lindsey, and all the staff has been amazing. The restaurant is world class. My mother loves to go to lunch and dinner to meet with her friends each day. Her room is always clean clean and organized. Jack and Lindsey are always available for consultation. I am a very demanding customer. I care deeply about my mother. I am so glad I found this place. I highly recommend you speak with Jack prior to choosing any place for your loved ones. They have taken great care of my mother and allowed me to relax a bit. I know they have my mom's best interests at heart. Nothing is ever going to go completely perfect . The key is do the people react to the situation and resolve the issue. Jack and Lindsey are those type of people. I am not a big review writer, yet I feel so strongly about how great Shavano Park is I want everyone else who may be considering an assisted living facility for their parents to know Shavano Park is top notch.
