Pipestone Place Assisted Living

Sam and his team is absolutely wonderful! The food is home cooked with love and you know the caregivers are there because they love what they do!!

Sam and the staff at Pipestone were wonderful to my mother. I could not have asked for better care. Even when my mother was quite confused and became belligerent to the staff, Sam and the staff handled my mom with grace and kindness. They were also a great support to my siblings and I. I would without hesitation give Pipestone the highest recommendation!

My father-in-law was diagnosed with Alzheimers nearly 10 years ago. We kept him at home for the first year, but eventually decided to place him in Assisted Living. For nearly five years, Dad was in a great assisted living facility that he loved. But as his illness progressed, it became apparent that he needed more care than they were providing.We didnt want to put Dad in a nursing home. So we looked for an alternative that provided more care, but still allowed a good quality of life. Pipestone Place was highly recommended.For the final four years of Dads life, at all stages of his illness, Sam and his staff were able to take care of him. They kept him safe and happy. I am truly grateful for their kindness to him as well as to me.

After my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers and Parkinsons my father continued to care for her until his health prevented him from doing so. It was a difficult decision for the entire family. We regret that we placed her in a large facility at the beginning. The care at the corporate place was awful. It felt cold and she was just another slot filled in their rotation, her clothes would disappear and she Never seemed groomed. We checked on her daily to stay on top of them and had constant anxiety. Then someone referred us to Sams place.What a huge difference!!!!!!! It was intimate, warm and caring. Food is baked and homemade! Moms clothes smelled wonderful. The care and dignity was amazing and they took the time to make sure everything she needed was given to her. Sam and his staff work as a team and it was flawless. For the first time since moms diagnosis we all had peace of mind that she was getting the care she DeservedWe are so thankful to Sam and his staff and are entirely grateful to them.

My mother was here for one year. I had moved her from an expensive nursing home that did not give nearly as good care as Pipestone Place. She was still able to communicate and she seemed very happy with her care and was very positive when talking about her caregivers. It's small and personal and we were happy with the management and care. I highly recommend them.
