Staff is mentally and emotionally abusive(one in particular,reported several times,unknown if disciplinary action taken). Staff ill suited to care for dementia and Alzheimer's residents.

Attentive staff. Gave my grandmother good care for the last year of her life. Staff recognized everyone in family and was always happy to give us assistance.

Brookdale Maltsberger was the absolute perfect place for my mother. We were facing the very difficult decision of where she should go after it became clear that she could no longer live alone. Shillon Boone came up with an innovative solution for us, and we moved her in. In the approximately six months that my mother was there, we found the facility to be very clean, and the staff to be very friendly and caring. We never had a problem. I most highly recommend Brookdale Maltsberger.

Writing this for my daughter, father was on hospice,took him to a hospital to operate on him, when there was a no operate claus,told us the wrong hospital when we finally found out what was going on.Sad just plan sad.
