I have to say this about the Staff. They were wonderful in helping out our father. We had to move him to Hospice and the did a good job there too. But, the Facility wanted their money up front for the remainder of the month. ok. But, now we are refunded about half the money back and was told no longer than 30 days. Well its been 60+ days. I just wish they had someone call to keep us informed of the situation. But, still no call. Staff is great!Upper Management and Owners not very good at all!

Over charged $5971 back in March 2018. Call and never get through. Have left numerous messages. In June was told they found the error and we would receive $29 refund but they had a new system and it would take a few weeks. Move forward to August 28,2018. Still receiving statement saying we own $5971. Have called and left messages to call me back. No response. It is sad that we have to turn to legal ways to deal with this. Billing/accounting department is not adequate. Very frustrated but thank God my parents have family to help with this. So many have no one.

My sister just moved into the facility. Its well kept, no smell meaning very clean. The staff has been helpful when I have called up there. My sister seems too like the place but needs to be informed about activities and socializing too get her outside her room. Keep her busy so she isn't so lonely and meet others that she can talk too. Other than that it's not a bad place. Trust me I have seen worse. .
