Regency House

My review is stemmed from an onlookers prospective only. There is a great amount of compassionate hard workers here but they are overshadowed by the for profit sector, poor management, and political ways of running a nursing home. Which I understand are necessary but that should not be PRIORITY! And I mean this statement of overshadowment as defense from other reviewers who claim no one is around to help. Well if they only understood the amount of pressure floor workers are under and the lack of encouragement, leadership, and understanding from management they receive. With the upmost respect to those who are truly in the business for the greater good I commend you and by no means am trying to tarnish your good reputation. One star is simply for fact that the business is unstable and lacks good judgment. For those looking to place a family member in a home, I would strongly advise reading other reviews and news articles from around the web rather than just the Google reviews from employees or past employees. There are other services such as indeed, or glass door to vent, rant, or praise the work environment.

The fabulous staff at Regency House are caring and professional. My brother has been at several San Angelo nursing homes and Regency is, by far, the very best. We highly recommend Regency House for your loved one.

I have been working here for almost 3 years. Today is my last day and I wanted to say that this facility focuses on family and there are great employees that work here. It's my home away from home. I will miss everyone here and want to say keep up the good work!

Not a review Im interested in selecting Regency for my father however the reviews over the past 12 months are mixed. Can someone please clarify their latest review of this facility?

Staff always work short handed & My loved one is in the hospital due to no staff talking care of him and being drenched in urine !!!!!!!!!! I can keep on ranting but we are NOT going back.
