The facility in San Angelo is in need of attention. I moved my mom here the end of February when it was first taken over by new owners. Since then the cleanliness has dropped way down. The food has also gone downhill. Facility seems to be way understaffed. Its hard to get good workers these days no matter what your business is. Hope management improves the quality here soon.

My 90 year old mother joined the Brayden Park/Sagora assisted living community in July of this year. She was actually picked up by the Brayden Park bus from her Skilled nursing facility and personally driven by Sabrina Munns, Executive Director, to her new home at Brayden Park. From that very first day she was treated like a Queen and was shown the respect that an elderly person deserves.Shay Burwick, Director of Sales & Marketing loaned my mother her personal T.V. because we had not yet purchased one for her. She went way and above ensuring that my mother was comfortable and happy in her new home. We will not forget that act of kindness.I can not say enough kind words about the facility or the staff, all the way down the line to the dining hall chefs and workers. I have not met an unkind person yet nor do I think I will. My mom had a minor plumbing issue in her room and let me just say that the problem was taken care of with the quickest results possible and with smiling faces as well. I could not have asked for any better service on that day. They fixed the problem with such speed and kindness, always ensuring that my mom's needs and safety were taken care of even under such circumstances.I am so happy that my mother is being taken care of with the upmost love, care, respect while still allowing her dignity. Her caregivers are the best that I have ever seen, they seem to love their residence which is rarely seen in these type settings. If you are looking for a warm, loving home for your loved ones then I highly recommend Brayden Park/Sagora Assisted Living. Take time and take a tour of the facility and you can stop and ask any of the residence if they are happy there and I promise you that they will all tell you the same answer, YES!

I can not say enough about Brayden Park Assisted Living and Memory Care. Working in the healthcare field for over 17 years (7 years in assisted living), I have been in and out of many communities in San Angelo,, and I can honestly say that Brayden Park is one of the best! From the minute you walk in their warm and inviting lobby, you see many residents that are happy and participating in activities. The staff works as a family, and it is their mission to make sure that the residents are loved and well cared for....they make it their home. I love working with Brayden Park on a professional level, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care for their loved one.

We recently chose to move our 90 year old parents into Brayden Park due to the wonderful and embracing care the management and wellness team showed us in the selection process. They then followed that up with welcoming our parents into their new home with attention to detail - all the way down to helping hook up their TV. Our parents' care plans are uniquely customized to each of their needs and will change as needs arise. Brayden's help with fulfilling the insurance company's unique billing practices is also appreciated. There are many activities and lovely places to sit outside as well. We couldn't be happier and feel our parents are well cared for and looked after. Thank you Brayden!!!
