Awful experience with this company from start to finish and even after. I was employed for a very short while as staff was coming in hour(s) late regularly. Leaving one person to tend to all the residents until they showed up. Residents had lice that wasn't taken care of for weeks, and no one wanted to tend to it. House supervisor had an attitude of doing nothing but speaking to you however she wanted and that's when I quit. Then went through a month without being paid for one day that was missing out of the check and was given the run around with the company and HR saying it was being sent out which it never was. With that I just took my losses. The only thing I DON'T regret is how wonderful the residents were. They deserve better then the revolving door of staff and the treatment that should be an up and up protocol. Not staff that just does what they want or don't feel like doing. Gain some work ethics instead of gossiping and not being professional.

Very modern up-to-date beautiful inside and out people are also very very friendly I wouldn't mind staying here myself

Facility is not as advertised.1. Consistently understaffed. There were times staff was asking me to watch the patients while they did something else.2. Patients are not checked on. After reviewing camera footage, we discovered my dad laying on the floor of his room for 6-8 hours.3. Management claims it is not their job to make sure patients do not fall. In 8 months my dad was hospitalized 8 times- twice on the same day.4. My dad was constantly wet because he was not being changed. 5. We showed up in the middle of the night to find employees asleep on the sofa.6. Management bullies the families. They love to point out how your loved one cannot possibly know you or love you anymore. It is also common for ownership to say these things.There are facilities that are so much better. However, if you choose this facility make sure you install a camera. Its scary.

I use to work here and let me tell you IT IS NOT WORTH IT! CORPORATE AND THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES!! I REPEAT..CORPORATE AND THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES!! The residents and their family can call and say anything and youre automatically fired! The supervisors talk to you crazy, no one is ever on time, they constantly call in, its messy, and they expect one person to do a two/three person job. The pay is not enough for what you have to go through here.

The care is very good....just be aware that when your loved one passes away you will still be charged for the next 30 days even though they are no longer there. Mustang Creek still expects you to give 30 day notice even though that is impossible. This extra financial hit comes at a time you will be faced with lingering medical bills and funeral cost. It's a policy of theirs that is completely lacking in compassion.
