These guys only care about money, the compassion is all an act. There is a high employee turnover and relatively average food. When my grandma lived here she ate twice as much sugar (they tempt you with dessert breakfast, lunch & dinner), stopped going to the dining room cafeteria for dinner (where you have to stand in line for a half hour 3x a day for meals), stopped taking her aspirin and died from a stroke shortly thereafter. She paid over 7,000$ to live there for under a month for more socialization, she was struggling with dysphasia after a mini-stroke. Hopefully we will get half of the deposit back (they keep the other half for 'administrative fees'). The elderly people that live there are wonderful & kind and deserve to be better taken care of.

I can say a lot of things about this place but, Im going to focus on the dining area. The worker are fantastic but, those 3 cooks thats on staff needs to be replace with two professional cooks that, know what a community wants and needs. Never have I seen a community like this where the food is the problem. Im really writing because other people that dont live there are talking about the food!!!! How would they know ANYTHING.......it need new make over in the kitchen. They always running out of food this should not be happening. The residents are lining up like 30 minutes early to make sure they get whats on the menu. I want to move my mom so bad but, u know how that can be. I have to bring her cooked food because of what doesnt look appealing to eat. There are much better places than this one for the money we pay!!!! Also, the lobby needs to be refresh like with some air freshener........

I love this community. The residents always have a fun activity to do. This community is beautiful and the management team seems to genuinely care for all the residents. The manager Christina spent at least 5 minutes bragging on her amazing residents and how lively they are. If youre looking to have fun, be a part of a community and get better with age- this is the place for you!

The residents of Provident Crossings are friendly and relatively healthy for a bunch of old folks. The food is tasty and healthy and available throughout a time frame that allows residents to eat on their individual schedules. Activities allow those so inclined to participate with others all day. The facility and apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained, located in downtown Round Rock close to shops, medical facilities and clinics.
