The owners are very unprofessional! All they care about is the money. Overwork their employees & under pay. They don't have good communication. Don't do business with them!!! Nicole Washington the owner told me her self she's tired of running the business. They just want the money, that's why they only accept private care (more money)

Hampton Senior Living has been a Godsend for my family. They allowed us to move my husband in ASAP, with no hesitation and has been very accommodating to my families current dilemma. The owner, Nicole, made sure my husband had everything he needed and made him feel right at home immediately. Hampton made my husbands transitioning from independent living to assisted living worry free. The home is clean and inviting, I honestly could not tell it was a home. It really helped to put my mind at ease, knowing that my husband was not stuck in some white walled facility. This place is run by a family, that understands the importance of making sure my husband still feels as independent as possible. We have been with Hampton for two months now, and every time I come to visit with my husband he is always in good spirits, clean and full. I enjoy the fact that I can stop by anytime, to read to my husband or have a meal with him, as we did before. I love that family involvement is highly encouraged. I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone.

If 0 stars was possible, that is what this home would receive. While I believe my father was not in danger I the 4 months he lived there, that is about all I can say that is positive. My father shared that the owner's husband was mean to him and the other residents. He yelled and was hateful. I had no trouble believing that as he was hateful and rude to me. The staff made it clear my family and I were an inconvenience as we visited my father daily and brought him home when when we could. The ownership changed visiting hours and informed is it was because our timing was an inconvenience for the staff. We also had our rates for my father's care changed without notice at that time. We were told his level of care had changed and our price would increase by $1000. When asked what the next pricing change would look like, they didn't have an answer, a dollar amount, or any idea of what that would look like. Both of these changes were brought to our attention when it was demanded we attend a meeting where we were berated for our care of my father. The owner, Nicole, and her family took advantage of my family in a time of high stress and emotional vulnerability and manipulated us to try to get more money out of us by making us feel terrible and implying that if we didn't comply, my dad would be kicked out with nowhere to live. The hateful treatment and emotional manipulation we experienced should be criminal. Thankfully, we found another place for my father that cares for him, his emotional well being, and supports our whole family and we were able to move him quickly. I wouldn't send my dogs to live at Hampton and certainly not another family member.
