Moved into my new home in Del Webb Sweetgrass a week ago. So pleased with my home and neighborhood. Neighbors have introduced themselves. I was well informed throughout the build process. So happy to be in a beautiful neighborhood, quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I love living in Del Webb. We had a terrific experience. We have great friends that invited us to see their lovely home and helped us make the decision to choose a lot and build. Stella was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to make our dream home a reality. Randy made sure everything was done according to our specifications. We are thrilled to be living in our forever home.

Home at 4027 Mossycup Lane - Redbud NeighborhoodNice community. However, we encountered a host of serious problems during the construction process. Example: Missing studs, missing insulation, faulty electrical wiring, leaks in roof , A/C issues, irrigation system problems, missing property markers, crooked wall, misaligned cabinets, garage-door problems, etc., etc. Pulte made an effort to address all of the issues---but only after receiving the 15-page summary issued by the certified home-inspector we hired. Advice to potential new home buyers: Don't rely on Pulte or your sales rep. Instead, hire an experienced/certified home inspector BEFORE closing and, again, before the end of the first year in the home. Even if they may not agree with an inspector's findings, Pulte must accept and address all of the items outlined in these professional reports.

I bought a home that had already been completed, but the original buyer couldn't close, so I bought it out of inventory. Stella was my Sales Associate and she was fabulous, even introducing me to new neighbors. My Field Manager, David, was also fabulous to work with, as was the Pulte Title Company. I was able to buy one of the last new properties on the water, and I couldn't be happier!
