Great assisted living facility in the area

The best assisted living administrative team I have ever worked under. Need to get rid of some of these med techs/staff from other competition facilities (sabotage). From receptionist to upper management/owner is always encouraging, approachable & professional. Beautiful facility. Wish i lived in the area to work. Great environment to work not hostile like other nearby facilities. Staff goes above & beyond for the residents. Residents are treated with care & respect. Majority of residents here are extremely independent and always seemed happy. There are activities that are interactive and residents are given room to feel independent in very comfortable & spacious apartments. Clayton Oaks has been such a blessing to my family! Every problem we had at their previous AL (Brookdale Sugar Land), Clayton Oaks staff resolved. At Clayton Oaks: the food is delicious billing is clear their pricing is based on care level, not per item (med mngmt, reminders, etc) they will work with you on keeping your loved one at lower care level as long as possible Hector (Facility Director) and Laura (Medical Director) were the first to tell us that Hospice care can help by taking on some of the care my grandparents needed so they wouldnt need to upgrade to the next level of care and cost. And it is covered 100% by Medicare and VA! the facility feels like an upscale hotel, not a hospital the staff are amazing!! Everyone from Aziza at the front desk to Pearlie in marketing, Rosie in dining, Jenna in housekeeping, Holly in front office, and especially Hector and Laura are all so sweet and accommodating. I have been more impressed with Clayton Oaks in the past 3 weeks, than I ever was with Brookdale in a year and a half. Choose Clayton Oaks for your loved one. Let them bless your family as they have blessed mine.

Great staff with attention to resident safety and caring.

When you first walk into Clayton Oaks there is this Wow factor. It is a beautiful, very clean and well cared for facility. It has been a pleasure working with all the staff. They all have been very helpful with making my mother feel welcomed and loved. I know my mothers final days at this facility were difficult for the staff but they all worked with our family and assisted Hospice in making my mothers last days as comfortable as possible.Thank you.
