When we were told at the Hospital that we needed to look for a Personal Care Home for our Mother we were given a list of 15-20 locations. I personally visited most of them and knew immediately that the Rose Garden was different and we were fortunate enough to take the last remaining spot. From the day that she arrived to the day that my Mom transitioned we couldn't have been more pleased. The cleanliness of the home, the knowledge of the staff but most of all the care that was shown to my Mom and all the patients was outstanding. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. We miss the whole staff but we miss Carol most of all.

This personal care home is AMAZING!!! Finding care for someone you love is such a painful and difficult process. If you are reading this, you know what I'm talking about. I promise you: Rose Garden Personal Care means your search for help is over. Tina, the owner, is personally involved in the care of every single patient. She is so warm and caring and her care home is IMMACULATE (I'm talking: you could eat off the floor immaculate) In addition, Tina provides TVs in each room for the patient - you do not have to supply your own like at other places - and they supply bedding specifically for YOUR loved one, a bed-side table with a lamp and beautiful decor. Your family member will feel like they're at home - not like they're in a hospital or hospice setting. Most importantly, the STAFF at this home are the best there is!! Cara is the staff manager there and she was like a sister to us while my Dad was in her care! She and Tina provided updates to our family daily and often sent pictures of my Dad's progress. They keep records of each patient's daily status too. So we knew exactly what my dad ate (or didn't eat) and when, how many times he had been changed, what medications had been given and when and updates on whether they had been able to get him from his bed into the living room to interact with others. They offer activities too. I am telling you: I would have bet money my dad would NEVER participate in any activities, but Tina, Cara and Kim made it happen! My family was VERY pleasantly surprised to receive pictures of my dad eating at the table, playing Bingo and sitting outside drinking coffee on nice days. They really care about their patients AND the families! To top it off, the cost of care at this facility is in line with other places that do not offer what Rose Garden offers. Last, but by no means least, on the night Dad passed away, Tina was with him. My greatest worry was that Dad would pass away, alone and scared. But Tina made absolutely sure she was there. She had not had any time off in a LONG time (and I know this because I was there every day and saw her). My Dad passed away in the middle of the night. Tina was with him - holding his hand and sharing his last seconds on Earth...so he was not alone. I would recommend Rose Garden to ANYONE. The owners AND the staff are absolutely top notch. They care for your loved one the way YOU would if you could. Stop by and pay them a visit - you will be so glad you did!!

Our Mom has been here a year and we are so glad we found this home. The owner and the staff are kind and caring. They are diligent in their attention to their guests needs and good health. I feel that the comfort, and cleanliness of this home and their attention to my mom's needs are making my mom's last years more enjoyable.

I have a good friend that lives in the home, she's been here almost a year. I have observed the staff, they are extremely compassionate, caring and patient. They take fanomenal care of all the residents no matter what their needs are. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. It also feels and looks just like a home. I highly recommend this personal care home to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

We have had our mother in several different skilled care facilities that were new and made you feel comfortable. At first they were very attentive and seemingly caring to her and us but that quickly changes. In the end they were all the same. When we began looking for another place for her we were given information about several care homes and smaller communities. We visited a few of them but when we walked into Rose Garden and spoke to Kara it felt like we were family. It felt like it was our mothers house. I knew right away this was were we needed her to be. Tina is the owner and she runs a tight ship. She will not tolerate anyone being neglectful or disrespectful of her residents. All of the caregivers here threat her like shes family. Tuna, Kara, Elaine are three of the ladies that give most of the care but there are hospice available when needed and they work with them to keep you loved ones comfortable. If you are looking for a place that will love, care for and treat your loved one like their own, then you should come visit Rose Garden. Cant say enough about this place other than I wish we would have placed her here years ago.
