I am VERY disappointed and extremely unimpressed by the staff and the treatment my father has received their. I brought him his cell phone and they hid it from him when they found out he had been calling me. I wouldn't put my pet in there let alone my Dad. I will be visiting the Judge that allowed my sibling who also was working there to syrip me as his oldest child of my Medical and Financial POA. I have been financially supporting my Dad for years now. But mostly the last year. They are unprofessional and apparently allow just anyone to go and visit him. Beware and do your homework before you consider putting anyone you love in that place. APS will be notified today as well. I called 4 times yesterday and EVERYTIME I called they put me on hold or simply hung up on me. Thank God for smartphone's...that's the first item I will be giving the Judge and APS.
