My Mom was their for Rehabilitation for 2 weeks and ended up dying. They neglected her and didnt address concerns as they should have. Do Not trust them with your loved ones!! This place has no business being open!!!

My LO was there for five days. He was transported home lethargic, dehydrated, & dirty. He has severe bed wounds & definately declining! Please do not send your loved one there. They are not able to give them the care they deserve!

Most of the time the nurses are fantastic . Some of the CNAs are good . However on occasion I have had some nurses act as if concerns are not important . CNAs would be better ,but they are over worked . The adminstater of this building does react to concerns quicklyI believe most nurses and CNAs are overworked . Staffing seems to be an issue . I feel this facility has the potential to be amazing . If the staffing was on point . I really dont have any major issues . Last thing I have never heard anything good about the food .
