Personally Im not okay with an owner of a facility joking how they lost another resident, yep its our usual Friday night he stated to me and went on how she was gone for an hour! He told me about another time they had to use a golf cart to find a resident in a nearby park / field! Horrible to think your loved one could get out for this long! The scary part is he tells it so matter of fact. No. Not all facilities loose residents!

I was calling as small business owner to see about possibly connecting with them to bless residents. Apparently it was the manager who answered the phone. And she was very short with me without even giving me the time of day. Sure, she was not interested. That's totally ok. But dont be rude!

I had the incredible pleasure of placing my father at Serenity Senior Living in July 2017. It was under rushed circumstances that I found Serenity and moved him in, but it turned out to be an incredible blessing. The staff is always very attentive, friendly and patient with all of the residents. I frequently stop by the house, unannounced, and witness the staff interacting with residents in a loving, caring manner. They treat everyone with dignity and respect, as if they are part of the family. I cannot express in words the peace in knowing someone is looking out for my dads best interests at all times. As owners/operators, Jay and Kate are creating a very desirable home for seniors to enjoy as they become more dependent. Id highly recommend Serenity Senior Living to anyone looking for a place for an aging parent or loved one Ive been thoroughly pleased with all of the love and care they have provided.

Just be sure you do your homework on this place!
