Ok the amount of food u give to the residence is poor . Alot more things could be up to date They could do something about the roach invasion

This is an older style facility. Staff is great. I would definitely recommend this facility to others. Pine tree may not be everyones cup of tea, especially if you are looking for high class, but the care they give to residents is great. The Cottage is very homey. Its a great place for loved ones who have Alzheimers or Dementia. The staff have years of experience there. If you have any questions please call the office and speak with the Administrator Jamie or the Assistant Stacy they are always willing to help. Please dont take these negative reviews to heart. Come see the place yourself. Some people are just angry and post negativity as retaliation. You can not make everyone happy.
