Was very happy here until i wS notified of my over $100 rent increase. The rent was the ONLY reason that I moved to Texas. Michelle and Jody are wonderful! But you don't raise rents within one year between $115 - $350 when the majority of the people here are on fixed incomes. If not for that and a couple of other disappointments I would be telling the world about this little gem that I found. People have already started to move out. Some of us spent our last dollar moving in. So disappointed.

Been here for a year..love the people but the owners decifded to raise the rent anywhere from $50 to $359. Srs are on a limited income so many tennants cant afford their rent now and have beenn forced to move.its not the managers fault just on the owners.

I'm blessed ! This complex is a beautiful place to call home , I know I will enjoy living here . The Manager (Michelle ) was a dream to work with from the application process to handing me the keys to the front door Move in day I found the apartment to be perfectly spotless n beautiful Again management was here to WELCOME me plus a few days later she followed up with a phone call to ask if all was /is well with the apartment and If I needed anything SUPERB ! It's the little things that mean so much THANK YOU !

I haven't been there. But, I have seen a lot of photos of the place. It looks Wonderful... I have talked to the young lady that manages the place. She is so very friendly and very patient with me too. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer all of them.
