Good attention. I was concerned about my brothers water intake. We were there with him most of two weeks and no one tended his water. They had water in a large container with a straw in it. It was not conducive to him handling it, especially when it was full. There was a smaller cup they had brought from the hospital, which he could handle. I kept this cup filled for him. No attention was given by the staff to either cup. On the last day we were there a staff member came by and put ice in his large cup and we informed her that Mike didnt want ice and asked about the water. She said she was in charge of another hallway and had just learned she was charged with Mikes hall as well. One week with no attention to water in that hall. Mike was in the room with a man who had had a stroke and his wife stayed with him during the day and other than that I dont think anyone else on that hall had any attention other than the staff.They informed me the small cup was not their cup. The large cup was quart size and not a good choice for most of the people there. The care center is closed to the public and I am concerned about my brother, but can not enter the home.
