If I could give this place less stars I certainly would. Since the COVID-19 appeared and they are on lockdown, the neglect they showed my 28 year old son is appalling. He ended up in the hospital from a major UTI which sent him into septic shock, causing sepsis. The DON didn't care nor did she make any effort whatsoever in apologizing for the neglect given nor did she ever attempt to contact me. Please do not send your loved one to this facility. They almost killed my son and I hate the fact there are patients in there with no voice and no access to their families.

This place deserves negative stars. I will be reporting them as well. They have been mistreating our beloved family member, neglecting them and treating them horrible. None of the nurses take responsibility for their actions, and blame any wrong doing on the opposing shifts that are not there. Nothing has been done to fix the issues we had with them, instead they have gotten worse. The nurses here are just collecting an easy paycheck, not doin their jobs, and mistreating the residents anytime they actually have to do anything. Nurses are supposed to CARE for their patients and that is not being done here. I advise anyone who has family here to keep a close eye on them or install a camera to watch what is being done.
