Awesome staff great facility

I have a story about how I came to become a member of this fabulous team. Back in 2016, my daughter and I came to Willowbrook to visit a friend. This was my first time visiting this facility. When we walked in, I was just amazed. It was so clean and inviting. The floor was clean and shiny. There was a lot of movement, everyone was busy. Each person I past spoke with a warm smile. I was just amazed, really. During this time, I was a Business Office Manager at another facility, and had been for 8 years. Never had I wanted to leave that facility, until I walked into Willowbrook Nursing Center. I told my daughter, I just have to work here. So, I started watching Indeed to see if they had a Business Office Manager position to come available. Gollee!!!! One day they did and I applied. Oh, I just couldn't wait to receive a phone call, I called them, and Josh set up a interview with me. I was so happy just to have the opportunity to interview for Willowbrook. I wanted to be apart of this team, I just knew that was my job! When I was offered the position, my heart sang! I am so happy to be a part of Willowbrook Nursing. We are a great team. I know this sounds to be exaggerated but it is the truth. If you have a loved on who needs skilled nursing services, or even long term care, I highly recommend Willowbrook. My Dad is currently here. It would have been a 5 if the review was solely based on the care, kindness, sincerity, and profesionalism of the nurses in physical therapy and his room nurses. They have been exceptional for the most part. Its a 3 due to a significant discrepancy in planning and scheduling department that occured today. I will agree that, when everything was figured out with the staff and pertinent information was finally conveyed to his Family past due, the room that he is in now is best for him considering his circumstances. It's just how poorly the final plan was handled and how it was finally conveyed to his Family. You cant do it that way. There was no apology or anything. Anyway, that is something that can be improved on. It's a 3 right now.03-09-20. I have updated the review. We really appreciate members of your management department coming to my Dads room to address and clarify things. Thank you.
