Literally family owned business. Everyone is related some type of way. Hardly no showers given by CNA's ...when they have enough in the building. Residents are left wet and unattended to for hours. Cameras are available but of you are a favorite by the DON or ADON things get unnoticed.

This has nothing to do with the care of residents, I called 6/5/18 to ask the date my Annie moved into Nursing Home a lady named Kelly answered put me on hold so long the phone stopped beeping. I called back another lady answered put me on hold till phone stopped beeping. So i called for 3rd time Kelly answers i ask was everything ok she snapped at me said we have new fax machine i have 5 things going at one time, i told her all she had to do was get on phone and tell me it will be a little while and i could have called her back. I ask who Supervisor was she told me she is Supervisor, i ask who her boss is she said it don't matter and hung up on me. Kelly was very rude to me and it all could've been avoided. with a simple reply plz hold on i'm busy.
