The staff at Gentle Transitions was informative and caring. Looking back, they really were a great help and source of support during the most difficult time of my life. They were very attentive to my mother's needs and made sure that she was always comfortable. The nurse, Gwen, cared for her as if she was a member of her family. They are very knowledgeable and were extremely quick in responding to any of my mom's requests. No one really wants to think about hospice care, but if the need should arise Gentle Transitions is one of the best choices you can make for your loved one. It's like having the added support of a loving and knowledgeable family member.
