Stonefield

Stonefield Assisted Living exceeded my highest expectations in their care for my father and for our entire family. They are compassionate, friendly, and genuinely care for their residents. The Executive Directer ( Andrea) was instrumental in my dad's care as was the Head Nurse (Kristi). Communication was constant after each visit by home health or physical therapy. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. An added bonus is the facility is beautiful!

Wow !!This place has made such a turn around!! With the new Administration, you can see they truly care for the people living here. The directors are so approachable and helpful. Better staff, better care, better facility all around. So much more at ease, that my love one is truly be cared for by the new staff.

I recently moved my mother into Stonefield (following an amazing team of administrators, nurses as well as many caregivers from the facility where she had been living) and we could not be more pleased. This new management/administrative team genuinely care about and are totally committed to the wellbeing of their residents. Stonefield is a beautiful, bright facility and offers a great variety of activities for their residents. The amazing thing is that we were also able to save money! I have no doubt that this wonderful team will continue to make whatever changes are necessary to make this the best place to call home!

Unfortunately the ones writing the new reviews are employees kissing the proverbial a** or the families that the new managers paid to move in from a neighboring community. Capital is broken from the bottom to the top, they have been running this community on a skeleton crew for about a year to save on budgets. Now trying to make a fresh start they finally decided to hire staff and release the hiring freeze. Yes we were on a hiring freeze and what could we say when the residents were asking why we were so short staffed and moving out, if we told the truth they would fire us. please do not trust your loved ones care to them. The compassion is not there for residents or staff. The new managers all came from the same community and they ran it almost to the ground lets see how long it takes them here.

Forget the past reviews! Completely new administrative team in place for about the last 5-6 weeks. I moved my parents; mom in memory care, dad in assisted living about 2 weeks ago. The entire team came from another nearby facility where my parents previously resided. When we learned this entire team; Administrator/Business Development/Nursing Supervisor/Memory Care Director were moving, we knew we had too as well. Imagine our excitement when we also learned a HUGELY significant number of the caregivers came as well. No need to learn new names! Familiar faces, excellent resident care, and cheaper rents! I know the care this team demands and provides. It says volumes about the leadership for the entire gang to follow, after some had been at the previous facility more than a decade. Well worth exploring this facility if you or your family is in need! I'm grateful each day for ALL of them!
