Just moved in with the help of Vanessa in the front office. She was very good at calling me throughout the whole process and made move in very smooth for me. The Merlot floor plan has been renovated and is designed beautifully. Juan, assistant maintenance came very quickly to fix any initial items. During the first weekend here, I had some circuit breaker problems and lead maintenance Misael and assistant Victor came in cheerful and took time to carefully check and pull apart circuit as well as reset up my alarm system. The whole time they were very friendly and respectful. They left saying to call anytime. I am very pleased with everything that has been done thus far. Wonderful job Reserve at Stonebridge Ranch, I look forward continuing to live here.

Lots of awesome townhome style units and accommodating staff. Great amenities. Plus when you use Alissa Askins as your apartment locator you get an additional cash rebate on top of their specials and deals.

We looked at signing a lease here and had already applied and paid the deposit, but because of COVID-19 we ended up not being able to move, but they were so kind about the whole thing and even refunded our deposits even though it was non refundable. They made the entire process so smooth and we are so bummed we didnt get to move in there but know that whoever does is going to love it!!

NEW RENTERS BE AWARE!!! Only one Internet provider (at&t) with 50Mb max bandwidth (Super Slow and expensive). Unit 707 by the way. They recently installed new AC units in the apartments, our bill went up from 200 to almost 400 dollars. The AC never worked well. We had to turn down the AC off so it did not consumed more electricity like crazy, any way it did not provide the temperature correctly. I think there was some electrical problem in that apartment they could never fixed. We always submitted maintenance requests to fix it and all they said it was the filters. The front door had a slope to inside. When it rains water gets in making a big puddle in the entrance. We reported this and they said it was going to be expensive to fix, they never did. Any way we are happy we are out of that place and those nightmares hunting every day.
