Are you looking for a place for your loved one? Then Grand Brook Memory Care of McKinney is the place for you. The staff is awesome and always going out of their way to make you and the residents feel comfortable and welcome. We love it here.

As a healthcare professional I visit facilities on a daily basis. This facility is always clean and tidy.The staff is always very attentive, caring and friendly. In my opinion it is one of the best memory care centers in the area.

I met with the folks at Grand Brook (Steven and Jeanine) and could tell how caring they were right away. I met with others who had their loved ones in the community and they were very complimentary of staff and happy with the community. The McKinney facility was a clean and comfortable setting with a lot of different spaces that make it a stimulating community setting. Since it is a memory care facility they are skilled providing for the special needs of the residents. Whenever I visited they had the residents engaged in activities and there was a positive energy around the room. They were on top of my Moms medical needs all the way. Loving group of people...highly recommended!

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting with Jeanine the director at Grand Brook at two of their locations -- McKinney and Allen. She spent a couple of hours with me giving me a tour, answering all the questions I had about moving my father here, and giving me lots of useful information about the facility and the activities there. It was early evening by the time we were wrapping up our visit, but Jeanine even contacted the nurse who spoke with me at length about the logistics of transporting my dad here from out of town. While I was there, I got to view firsthand the caregivers doing just what they do best . . . caring for the residents and making sure each one had what he or she needed. I would not hesitate having Grand Brook care for my loved one.

My husband has been a resident at Grand Brook for about three months. He has had a difficult adjustment, and all the staff has been unfailingly kind, patient, and compassionate. I continually see him surrounded by love and care. The communication is excellent, and all my questions and concerns are promptly addressed. I am very grateful that we found Grand Brook.
