My father lives here and for the amount he pays, the amenities are extremely sub par. He has limited mobility, is on the third floor, and has had to deal with a broken elevator twice for at least a week each time. The food has become less than desirable, and sometimes the diners have been made to wait an hour if not more for meals. Housecleaning was one of the selling points included with the rent. He went a whole month with no one cleaning his room and no explanation. This place definitely needs some changes in management.
