The Legacy at Crystal Falls

My mother has lived at The Legacy at Crystal Falls since June of 2016. The caregivers at The Legacy have not only been compassionate, caring and accommodating, but also have my mom engaged in lunch bunch outings, in house entertainment, happy hour, bingo, arts and crafts and many many more activities. I cannot express my full gratitude enough to Amy for keeping me in the loop and helping my mom adjust to her new home. Casita and Nicki have also been a great resource in her care and making my family and I informed in her care plan and allow us to give recommendations which they truly take to heart. We are so thankful for the truly amazing staff who has endlessly showered our dad with great love, care and compassion for almost a year now. Although our dad requires a high level of care, the staff operates seamlessly together without missing any details. We love the different events family members get to attend, from special dinners to entertainment. They have an amazing way of making you feel like family! We are truly blessed for everyone at The Legacy for loving our dad daily when we're not able to be with him every moment.

A smile. It all starts with a smile. We saw the smiles on the faces of the employee's and residents of The Legacy at Crystal Falls from the moment we walked in. It is never an easy decision to put a loved one into assisted living. We had been touring facilities with my 91 year old father in law for a couple of days. He never really said anything about any of the places we looked at until we got to The Legacy. We started out by talking to Niki. Niki is hands down a blessing to The Legacy. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and future residents. We started our tour with my father in law and after just a few minutes into his tour, he was smiling. He leaned over to me and said 'I like this place'. That is when my wife and I knew we were in the right place. My father in law has been there for a couple of months now. Every time my wife and I go to visit him, he's smiling or walking around and chatting with everyone. He adores the staff and the staff take amazing care of him and chat with him all the time. And they always smile. There are many choices when it comes to assisted living but do yourself a favor and make sure to check out The Legacy at Crystal Falls. Smiles are contagious at that place. You will leave there knowing this is where your loved one belongs.
