The CNO is not qualified to make sure that the patients and their families are delivered the care they deserve. There is a high turnover among staff and many patients get Injured or receive delay of care due to poor staffing and biased leadership. The 'click' runs the show here and if you do not submit to their substandard of work ethics and report poor nursing care, you will be bullied into either quiting or being terminated for the smallest infarctions. In time, those who mistreat others will pay without mercy from GOD.

Complete lack of accountability. The nursing staff lacks the ability to communicate the condition of their patients. I was informed that my grandmother was not well and my family was depending on my expertise to help explain to them the reality of the situation. I encountered a nurse who was unable to answer my questions regarding my grandmother's current condition, how it started nor how it has progressed. The minimal amount of information that was divulged lead me to become concerned of my grandmother's well being and I expressed she be sent to a local hospital. Once my concerns were expressed, and my request was obvious, the nursing staff proceeded to ignore my phone calls. I was placed on hold for 37 minutes and the nursing staff never called me back. I have been an ER nurse for 10 yrs and an ICU nurse for 3yrs. Never have I ever encountered such indifference to a family members concern, especially one with a medical background, and I recommend to any who are considering this facility not to expect nothing but the bare minimal from this company

I went through the facility and really thought it looked nice. We are looking for a place for my father. I got a good review from someone who had family here. I want my father close to me so I was very hopeful this would be a good fit. However, when I called the admissions person on the phone, it honestly seemed like the person I spoke with had a million reasons they could not help me. I have San Antonio nursing facilities calling me off the hook ready to welcome my father so it gave me a really bad feeling when admissions was so negative about helping me. They did not seem to want my business and that made me concerned about placing my dad there so I am looking elsewhere.

Bad bad experienced working here !Nurses are mean and LVN's are worse !!!! I worked here and I am from outside state and it was like a nightmare people to work with ! Nurses are horrible to another staff and they are very rude and very unprofessional ! I remember one of the LVN told me I should quit if i don't speak Spanish and that 3 words I can file a complain againts the facility for keeping such a terrible LVN and treated all new hired employees like trash!!! This place is a mess ! I have never encountered in my whole life working with a very mean , rude , disrespectful , unprofessional , loud , inconsiderate people until I worked in this place ! I couldn't take how bad the employees behavior so I quit ! It was a night mare for a new hired employee dealing with a bad attitude employees and this place is not good to if you are looking and want to work with people who is professional and respectful! I would never forget how bad the experienced I've encountered in this place !!!! People are so rude here they can't accept a new employee from outside Texas !!!! I would never recommend this place to find a job because of my experienced and how they treat others !
