Just horrible. My mother had food sent to my grandmother from grubhub and the lady at the front desk left her food sitting on the desk all night long. She claimed that she thought her sister Twala ordered it, even though the room number was on the receipt. I am so upset. Not only that, but I'm finding out that some nights, they only give her a sandwich and chips for dinner. Unbelievable. You don't treat people like this!
