Michele and I are the first two residents to move in Ivy Point Kingwood on March 28, 2019. I am Blessed and Honored to me a resident here at Ivy Point Kingwood. Dawn Wells, Derise Bunn and Miguel are our awesome leasing management team and they take very good care of our needs. I love the resort style living which includes a variety of activities, hot fresh baked cookies and most of all, a family atmosphere. One more thing, I feel safe and secure living here at Ivy Point Kingwood!Come join us, we welcome you!

I moved here in November 2019 (about 2 months ago) and have absolutely no complaints. The staff is very friendly, there are plenty of activities, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept.
