The patients are ignored, and not taken care of. They are over staffed and not qualified caretakers. Dont ignore these reviews

Worked there loved my residents but staff was seriously under paid. The E.D changed and she was not very professional. Staff treated badly and when they complained E.D was ready to find a way to fire them instead of trying to resolve the problem. Staff would be unaware that they had to stay at work until its too late or they ended up staying very late. E.D nit picks at staff to run them off with no coverage to save face. Stuff always broken. PTO not approved when it should be. Missing hours. Believe me the staff will do everything in their power to take care of the residents ( house supervisors and caregivers) thats why I gave the score I did

I have had the pleasure of helping out at many of the events Mustang Creek has done for their residents. I have seen first hand how the staff and the management interact with the families and with the residents. They are very loving and attendant to everyone that comes in their door. Mustang Creek would be my first choice for any of my family members.

My dad lived here for many years he started in a type A home and when he started needing higher care, the staff seen it even before we did and made sure he was taken care of until we could move to their type B home. He was well taken care of and loved by the staff all the way to the end of his life. The staff help our family with anything we asked for they always communicated any changes in our fathers condition to us in a very timely manner. I would 100% send any other family member of mine there when the time is need.

First day at the facility my parent fell and was left bleeding for 3 hrs before medical attention was given, which is a abulance ride due the fact the staff are untrained & not qualified. Check the next door app for reviews from other families who have joined together to bring a class a law suit against this facility. The staff does not have the certification, training, nor qualifications to assist residents that cannot care for them selves. Choice to leave a patient bleeding for 3 hours before calling 911 as stated is unacceptable. Also as presented the residents have activites., which does not include anything outdoors. The residents are bored, which causes depression, anxiety and definitely can lead to residents being irritated, violent, etc. All of this and more has been witnessed & documented. What is bothersome is how you are lied to over and over! As of 2/1 moms now in hospice due to abuse and neglect of Mustang. Also take notice of the 5 star reviews, which most are from the employees. Let's be real my Mom had years left if not in our poor judgement in believing MC CARED. WHAT FOOLS WE WERE, ARE. NOW WE LOSE SOMEONE DEAR TO US MUCH EARLIER ONLY BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS HORRIFIC.
