Very friendly staff. They do a lot of activities and do trips to places like the Blue Bell Factory and Miller Outdoor Theater. Dawn takes some of the residents to the park and mall frequently. It's a very calm environment, but very home like. The view outside is beautiful. I love looking at the oak trees in the back. The staff plays card games with the residents almost every day. The residents have call buttons if they need fast care. The food is homemade and fresh. They serve well proportioned meals.

This facility is wonderful the owner makes home made pizza dough and all that is out of this world. The caregivers are loving and family minded. I will bring my husband here when it is time.

Both my parents live/lived there for almost three years. The current staff is very caring. When my Father passed away, they gave extra attention when hospice staff wasn't present. They gave my Father the utmost dignity and care and for myself as we went through his passing. My Mother is happy there. The other residents that are more mobile than my Mother participates in more activities than my Mother is able to do.

I have had the opportunity to volunteer at Always Home.I enjoy interacting with the residents and family members, who are visiting them. The staff and care givers are great with the residents.It really feels like a family. Dinner is a sit down affair at a large table, giving the residents a time together to visit, talk and eat.There are also activies such as crafts, reading, yoga, shopping, as well as trips to concerts, fire station, parks.Dawn, is the RN who makes sure the health needs of each person is attended to. This includes onsite Dr. visits, trips to appts. and hospitals if needed, as well as daily health care.This is a very special place. Where you are shown love and patience.

This just was not the place for our family. When we arrived, the owner seemed to be quite shocked and uncomfortable to see brown faces. I was surprised when she asked if my grandmother was 'loud' because they do not tolerate that. I The office was a mess! Pills scattered on the floor.A resident was eating breakfast, and it looked like slop!!! I could go on and on with my observations and concerns about this facility, but I'll stop here.No way I'd leave my loved one there!!!
