In September of 2017 my world completely fell apart as in the same week my mother in law was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor & my mothers dementia took a drastic & horrific nose dive. After battling for 2 1/2 months to try & get her help we found ourselves with some help but in a facility that was a long way from ideal. In a moment of desperation I emailed a lady I had been talking with from a place for mom. She told me of a place that was a little farther from where I wanted my mom to be, but asked me to trust her. I went reluctantly and hated it every moment on the drive over. That all ended the moment I walked in. Julie was the first person I spoke with and Im guessing she could sense the desperation in my voice. I told her of the struggles I had endured over the past months and she said two words, trust us and convinced me I should. I left there knowing this was the type of place I wanted for my mom and praying everything I was told would be come to be. I went home that night and my daughter looked up reviews on Silverado Valley Ranch. The first one said for the first time in a very long time, I dont have to worry about my mom,. I told my daughter in 3 months I want to write that same review, and I did! Im following up now because my mom passed away recently, but I know her last months were good ones. She felt loved and cared for, she felt safe and secure. Her last months were filled with life & activities not usually offered to people with Alzheimers. Ladies luncheons, scenic drives, trips to the animal shelter where she volunteered and countless other things she wouldnt have otherwise had the chance to do. She was always clean and well kept. Her hair was always done cute, they did her makeup and painted her nails. This was not the beauty shop, this was her daily caretakers. I could go on and on but Ill just leave it with, Ill be forever grateful that I Lucked my way into Silverado. I miss my mom & I also miss the staff who I had grown to love & care about so much. I have told my children if the need ever arises for me, look no further than Silverado Valley Ranch!Lisa Stevenson Eacret

I am very pleased with the care my family member has received in the past year. The staff is friendly and attentive and involve the residents as much as they are capable. This has been an excellent choice for our family.
