Extremely rude staff unwilling to work with EMS crews would not recommend anyone letting their family members stay here

My mother in law lived at at nursing home for 3 years. In the beginning the nursing home would of been 5 star first class. In last year several administrators and staff change over. Employees that had been there for 25 plus years let go. During time we transfer nursing homes we found out dental work from 2016 still not paid. A copy of mother in law trust account has been turn over to state due to questions over money missing. Its sad that first class nursing home that was once recognized by state is now not even a half star. Please in any nursing home ask questions and know your rights!!!

No cold water in the room, only scalding hot. Daytime hospice nurse is rude to family. Aids are rude and disrespectful of the hospce situation and RUDE to family.
