I love this place!!! Moved here from North Carolina but it feels as if I never moved! The ammenities here are great, the staff is wonderful...it truly is southern hospitality at its finest. I recommend this property to anyone be it Houston locals or out of town folks!

Moved in prior to new management and let me tell you new ownership and management have made changes! I am now enjoying the renovations! I would recommend this place!

Alright so first off everything here is the truth. Now, I've lived here since Feb 2019, moved from NC and did everything online to get the apartment; a third floor 1 bed 2 bath with a study. Never had an issue with any appliances, anytime we had an issue relating to the unit maintenance was on TOP of it, I mean like we called and later that day they came in and it was only a couple outlets not working. They had it fixed within 15 minutes of arrival and were very polite. Now as for trash, if you stay here they charge you a 'valet trash fee' of $45 which is added onto your rent, in my opinion this is too much for the frequency that they pick up the garbage, not to mention the dumpsters regularly overflow and trash is on the road. In regards to the front gate, I can tell you right now that the only reason its ever broke (sitting open) is because some dummy tried to be the third car in a row to go through it without using a key or the code and nailed the damn thing. And even when it is open I've never once heard of someones vehicle or goods being damaged during my stay here. As for these management complaints some are based in truth, I will admit that when calling to speak to the office it's hard to get ahold of someone. Although when they do pick up my issues are always resolved, also if you have an emergency and need management/maintenance the office is right next to the complex so its like a 3 minute walk from anywhere in the complex. My only real complaint with the place is that it took them awhile to get the pool opened but after seeing them completely clean it and cut the trees back and all the work they were doing to make sure the grounds looked nice I wasn't really all that concerned about it. All in all the only things that need to happen to make this a 5 star review is for management to try and pick up the phone to be more convenient, the trash to be picked up more often (both from my 'valet can' and from the dumpsters) and for the pool to not take so long to be opened next summer.

Rosa is as sweet as can be! She's truly phenomenal! Unfortunately I wont be able to live here but her customer service from Saturday 6/6- today 6/11 is truly appreciated and unmatched. Thank you so much Rosa! Such a pleasant surprise interacting with someone you can tell is passionate about where they work.

This is an amazing place to live beautiful spacious rooms. Beautiful pool area.. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I highly recommend it
