The management is worse than no management at all. They know it's a seniors residence and the elevator was broken for 3 months. They finally repaired it and it only lasted for less than 2 weeks. Downstairs door has been shutting close very forcefully enough to knock a person forward. Exit gate is broke open since weeks like this is a public park and anyone can enter anytime. I complained to the office, no avail. The manager who sits in the office is a sitting duck. I don't know what she does in front of that computer all day but I'm sure it's not her job.

I have posted videos on my Facebook displaying the type of behavior that has become commonplace in this establishment if thats what you want to call it. I went to the from office to ask why I was given a notice of non renewal and was shut down immediately before I could get any serious questions in. Ive been here for almost 3 years this place has been in steadily decline since day one. I am a caregiver for my father who has PARKINSONS DEMENTIA along with his mother(my grandma) who is 95+ years of age. While I believed they couldnt stoop any lower, they did. THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY RESIDENTS ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE CORRUPT OFFICE THAT MANAGES HOMETOWNE ON BELFORT. I have really enjoyed living here. The maintenance team is amazing. I have never seen a more hard working individual the staff they are superb.

I have lived here for 12 years and I really enjoy it. The other residents are very friendly and the current staff is very nice and professional.
