UPDATE 12/13/19 - While at this facility, my father-in-law got a bed sore that was not properly treated, which led to his death. Had we known of the severity of the infection, we would have taken him to the hospital and he would likely still be with us today.My 95-year-old father-in-law has been at Colonial Oaks for more than a year. It is the perfect place for him. He is well taken of by all the people there. No place is perfect but the caregivers are very, very special!

My Mom has been in the good care of the folks at Colonial Oaks Westchase for over 13 years. The staff is attentive and caring and we are pleased with how they have treated Mom.

These is a wonderful place to work I myself have been working here since 1998 I love being with the residents and love talking to the families members we have good food and wonderful activities and our residents assistance are very loving and caring we have a real family atmosphere.

I would never move my parents here the director is a you know what the food is horrible the staff is horrible not a good place
