I have been visiting patients here for 4+ years. I want to compliment the changes that have been noted by myself and my colleagues. Tammy McCook as the DON has brought joy to the facility. When you enter the facility it feels upbeat. Staff appear happier and are nicer to interact with. Kudos to her and all the nurses, aides and therapists! Great job!!!

I am a hospice CNA. My first visit to the facility the staff is helpful, happy. I noticed the patients were clean, up and dressed. Staff was unaware of my time of visit but facility is clean and organized. Nurses were singing and smiling and willing to assist. Loved it!!! Lorena CNA

My husband stayed here after 16 smoke-free days in the hospital. He told them he was a smoker and had friends to bring him cigarettes, so the nicotine patches were discontinued. I wish they would have told him the facility is a smoke-free zone and continued with the patches. It's a nice facility and my husband was treated well, but he's now back to his habit aided by some residents who let him 'bum' a smoke.
