I have a friend that lives in this community and she loves nurse Samantha. She says she goes way above and beyond the rest. Most nursing homes are depressing but this community in Hearne does a great job keeping their residents happy and entertained. They take the residents on field trips and fishing sometimes!

I feel so blessed and fortunate to be working at Crossroads, we have a fabulous team with an amazing leader. Our nursing staff are kind, compassionate and treat our residents like family. I give two thumbs up to Creative Solutions for always getting us what we need to take care of our residents.

This is the best place for my grandmother. I am so impressed and grateful for the staff here. The staff members are skilled, respectful and show genuine love to the residents. I wish that everyone's parents/grandparents would have the means to afford such a great place. Thank you for taking care of my grandmother and for making her feel at home.
