It was a nice place when mom was alive. Now that she is gone, they are making dad pay more for the extra care he is suppose to be getting. Now with the Covid19 here they have singled us out and refuse to treat dad like other patrons that live there. Others get to go outside, but not dad. Others can go and sit for a while outside but not dad. My sister was told today 5/2/2020 that they were told not to let 'her' in. Really

I really appreciate the staff at valley view. The nurses care for the our loved ones with genuine love. If you could see how they care for our loved ones you would be truly amazing. Thank you Vally view Senior living for the great care that you give.

Moving in was a good experience! Helpful staff to assist. Transition from home living was gradual but accepted by parents. Mother continues to receive excellent care in skilled nursing memory care unit. Great and friendly staff well mannered and kind to Mother and myself. Patients become a priority for sure.

Very unsatisfied Frank Gonzales attitude. When my mother was there I had a couple of questions to ask. He responded with an ugly attitude in front of my daughter as well. I also got to speak with one of their employees and that person told me that their has been several complaints on him and they havent done a thing about him.. I got to speak with another family member and they also told me about frank, almost the same situation as mine. I told the ED and I know hes very aware of Mr. Gonzales attitude. I strongly believe CORP should get with the employees and ask around how he is with them.. that girl told me that he talks to his staff very ugly.. CORP NEEDS TO GET RID OF HIM BECAUSE THE ED WONT..... UNSATISFIED WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF HIM...

Great place for Mom and Dad! Management and staff are attentive and helpful. Friendly atmosphere, beautifully decorated, neat and clean including the outside grounds and landscaping. Fun activities and outings available. Food is great, including the pureed diet! Thankful.
