Dont ever do business with this company. I wouldnt post this if I truly didnt mean it. Lucy, the owner, has no compassion and is so hostile with anyone she comes into contact with. As the owner of an HME business, you would think shed show compassion to those with diseases and disabilities. Its sad to see how heartless some people can be. There are plenty of other businesses you could try before this one, so thats my suggestion to all.

My husband was at his job site when she called, she went out of her way to make sure insurance wouldn't pay but offered their services for full price! Thank you but no thank you!! Watch out taking care of you isn't the priority !
